MISSION-DRIVEN, VERSUS MISSION-CHALLENGED
Christina Alvarez is a Project Assistant at Davidoff. She works with Davidoff’s senior consultants to support her clients by designing and executing strategic planning processes, managing internal operations, and designing and facilitating professional development workshops. Christina has worked on a variety of projects with clients including One Hope United, the Christopher Family Foundation’s West Side Collaborative, American College of Preventive Medicine, the Ukrainian Catholic Education Foundation, and One Hope United among others.
Christina has experience working as a youth development mentor in City Year Chicago, where she served students in North Lawndale with academic and social-emotional curriculum, after-school programming, and mentoring. She has previous experience working in social impact with an emphasis on health at Solve, an impact innovation hub at MIT. She also has a background in inter-cultural exchange which she cultivated while working at the American Embassy in Oslo, Norway in the Community Liaison and Consular offices. Christina received her B.A. in European Studies from Boston University and currently studies social and emotional intelligence at the Wright Foundation.
