Lynette Morris, PMP, is a nationally recognized strategist, facilitator, and leadership coach with more than 20 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations align vision with action and achieve lasting impact. In her 21st year with Davidoff Strategy, she serves as a Senior Consultant, leading work in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and implementation across public health, healthcare, housing, and nonprofit sectors.
She has led dozens of strategic planning initiatives for national associations, foundations, and public agencies, including the de Beaumont Foundation, CityHealth, the Public Health Accreditation Board, American Public Health Association, Association of State and Territorial Health Officials, the Public Health Institute, AANPCB, AARP Foundation, and the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists. Lynette is a principal architect of Davidoff’s Mission-Driven methodology, which emphasizes stakeholder ownership, cultural readiness, and sustainable implementation.
Her work is grounded in systems thinking and human-centered facilitation, helping organizations translate complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies. She also supports leadership teams through coaching and operational alignment during periods of growth and change.
Lynette holds a master’s degree in Transformational Leadership and Human Dynamics and continues to coach leaders through the Wright Foundation’s Year of Transformation program. She recently earned her PMP credential for project management from the Project Management Institute.
