Kajal Joshi joined the Davidoff Strategy team in 2021 as Executive and Operations Assistant. Prior to working with Davidoff, she honed her analytical and problem-solving abilities as an Assistant Manager in the telecommunications industry.

Kajal is an expert at interpreting and analyzing databases and extracting and presenting useful information to support strategic decision making. At Davidoff, she is the executive assistant to founder and Chief Mission-Driver, John Davidoff, and supports the rest of the team with project coordination, scheduling, recruiting, and accounting. Her ambition is to contribute to a mission-driven organization’s effectiveness and influence.

In her free time, Kajal enjoys cooking, listening to music and taking long walks to connect with nature.
