Kathye Gorosh, MBA is an innovative and collaborative executive leader with a demonstrated track record in multiple sectors. Kathye excels in leading major organizational change, building highly efficient business infrastructure and operational processes, and building consensus among diverse networks. She has a proven leadership ability to innovate and strengthen organizations to ensure both sustainability and growth with a focus on health and racial equity.

Kathye has provided technical assistance for a range of hospitals and clinics, academic and community-based agencies – including best practices, quality improvement, diagnostic site visits, grant reviews, capacity building, organizational development and program management. Her consultations include the areas of strategic planning, systems development and new business models
She has worked in the public health field in many capacities including local health departments, multiple leadership roles with the American Public Health Association, and served on various national, state and local committees over the years. Kathye has extensive experience with complex health conditions at the systems level which has deepened due to the many changes and challenges to the field –especially health disparities and inequities in disenfranchised and underserved populations.
