Women’s Leadership Forum for Nonprofit CEOs and Executive Directors

The Leadership Forum provides high-level leadership development and peer-to-peer support with women colleagues. Areas of focus include: building team and board cultures that meet leaders’ expectations, conflict and anxiety in systems, and identifying and addressing individual leadership gaps that lead to greater organizational capacity and success.
Each cohort meeting includes:
- Open space for discussion of organizational challenges and peer-to-peer support
- Leadership development curriculum (topics include power and authority, culture, social-emotional intelligence, conflict, staff growth and development, board relationships, and other topics of interest to members)
- Opportunity to apply leadership development to each member’s nonprofit
Annual fee: $2,500 for 12 monthly meetings
