Women’s Leadership Forum for Nonprofit CEOs and Executive Directors

Join us! Upcoming monthly meeting: Wednesday, May 1, 8:30 – 9:30 am CT

The Leadership Forum provides high-level leadership development and peer-to-peer support with women colleagues. Areas of focus include: building team and board cultures that meet leaders’ expectations, conflict and anxiety in systems, and identifying and addressing individual leadership gaps that lead to greater organizational capacity and success.

Each cohort meeting includes:

  • Open space for discussion of organizational challenges and peer-to-peer support
  • Leadership development curriculum (topics include power and authority, culture, social-emotional intelligence, conflict, staff growth and development, board relationships, and other topics of interest to members)
  • Opportunity to apply leadership development to each member’s nonprofit

Annual fee: $2,500 for 12 monthly meetings

Jacki Davidoff, Founder

Jacki is a management and human capital consultant who designs and leads Davidoff’s Mission-Driven consulting and training. This supports teams, boards, and individuals to break through silos and internal barriers that keep them static.

Jacki is an executive leadership coach, supporting individuals to develop their leadership capacities and raise expectations of themselves and their teams. Jacki is also a national presenter at conferences, leading workshops and training on topics including organizational culture and mission-driven leadership.
